No. Local Launch managed service is month-to-month, and you can cancel future service at any time. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once your site has been provisioned. Website build ownership transfers after 12 months of continuous paid service; your domain, logo, photos, and business content remain yours.
You always own your business content — your name, logo, photos, and copy. After 12 months of continuous paid Local Launch service, ownership of the website build transfers to you (third-party licenses like fonts or plugins still apply). If you cancel before 12 months, ThatWorx retains ownership of the site build and hosting account. On request, we can provide an export of the content you supplied.
Yes. Every plan includes managed WordPress hosting, SSL security, and regular maintenance. You do not need a separate hosting account.
Email hosting (like yourname@yourbusiness.com) is not included in standard Local Launch packages. We can recommend and assist with email setup through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your domain registrar as a separate service.
